All duplicate accounts will be suspended, and associated Funds may be forfeited without notice.
All information provided during registration on wow88me must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Members must promptly notify wow88me of any changes to their registered details. wow88me shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information, including failure to deliver OTP codes, payment processing errors, or inability to contact the Member.
Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their wow88me login credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Inactive Accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as disclosed in wow88me's current fee schedule, which may be updated from time to time. wow88me will provide reasonable notice to the Member's registered email address prior to applying inactivity fees.
wow88me accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB, Public Bank, and major Debit/Credit Cards. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wow88me reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Members.
Deposits made through supported electronic channels are credited to the Member's wow88me Account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment processor. Deposit processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any technical interruptions at the payment provider's end. wow88me does not charge Members a deposit processing fee, though Members should be aware that their payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of wow88me's KYC verification process. Members must submit valid government-issued photo identification and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. wow88me reserves the right to request additional documentation during KYC review. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in queue until verification is finalised.
Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into the Member's wow88me Account, or to a verified payment method registered to the Member's verified identity. wow88me does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Member's account withdrawal section.
wow88me operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Where a Member's payment method operates in a different currency, any conversion is handled by the Member's payment provider at its prevailing rates. wow88me is not responsible for currency conversion rates applied by third-party payment processors.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by wow88me are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. General bonus terms include, but are not limited to: minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while bonus is active, and bonus expiry periods. Failure to comply with bonus-specific terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagers placed on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment do not count toward meeting the requirement.

Member data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles, including those reflected in Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). wow88me does not sell Member personal data to third parties. KYC documents are retained only for the period required by applicable regulatory and operational requirements.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money Funds balance remaining after resolution of any applicable hold period will be returned to the Member via the Member's verified payment method, unless retention is required for ongoing investigation or legal proceedings.

Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
